Our team and our pipeline is growing rapidly and we are looking to expand our team as we expand our marketing footprint by adding two Reverse Mortgage Loan officers, and one Sr Reverse Processor to help our current Processor handle our growth.
Candidates Must meet the follow criteria to be considered.
• Must have been processing Reverse Loans in the last 3 years.
• Process FHA applications from time of receipt of application to submission of the loan package to funding.
• Must have experience using Reverse Vision software.
• Must be able to process 20+ loans in your pipeline.
• Ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment while under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Possess strong analytical skills and organization skills.
• Gather, organize and track loan documentation.
• Work with lenders, applicants, underwriters, appraisers and others to complete processing.
• Resolve customer service issues.
• Verify customer occupancy documentation and resolve routine title issues including vesting issues and various liens.
• Computer literate with the ability to learn new software applications.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills plus proper telephone and Email etiquette.
• Must be able to update and brief sales staff on loan approvals, conditions needed, and anything required to communicate loan details to stake holders.
