We're looking for someone with top notch customer service and office admin skills to join our fun team! We're still busy throughout the pandemic and need a go-getter to assist with all the busy work! Steady position.
Responsibilities:
* Schedule client appointments
* Coordinate employee schedules
* Assist with incoming calls
* Review time sheets and enter punches
* Data entry
* Basic admin work
* Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
* 2+ years Admin. experience
* Bilingual English/Spanish
* Dispatching experience a plus
* QuickBooks a plus
* MS Excel/Outlook
* Excellent customer service
* Excellent communication and telephone skills
* Well-organized
* Excellent time-management
* Personable
This position is Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
Pay is $18 - $22 hourly DOE
