Cage Operations Supervisor (Alpine)

Viejas Casino & Resort is a growing organization is seeking a detail-oriented leader with a team work attitude to supervise cashier team members responsible for handling cash in the casino cages and vaults. We need a leader who has the ability to cultivate and drive a diverse group of guest service professionals.

Here are some other specifics:
• Ensures that staff follow all highly-regulated governmental laws, casino and departmental policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and assign cashier team member work schedules; appraise and discipline performance.
• Respond and resolve guest inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Provide training to cashier team members.
• Investigate dollar variance discrepancies and prepare appropriate paperwork and reports.

Viejas is a 24/7 operation which requires flexibility in schedules of the supervisor role. Qualified candidates must possess 2 to 4 years previous supervisory/management experience along with good math skills; excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills; experience and/or training of six or more months of cage cashier experience in a casino environment is a plus.
